Dental Analytics for CareStack
CareStack analytics is usually a group question. CareStack is a cloud practice platform aimed at multi-location dental organizations, often bundling clinical records, billing, and patient engagement. The platform can report. Operators still look for a CareStack dashboard that answers a narrower question: which locations are fine, and which ones need a person this week.
That is dental practice analytics in the form Root Data cares about. Production shows the work. Collections show the cash. New patients show whether the front of the schedule is being refilled. Hygiene, case acceptance, scheduling gaps, and accounts receivable show where a busy office is still leaking. A CareStack reporting export can hold all of those columns. A useful CareStack KPI view holds them still, on one definition, across every location.
CareStack groups already pay for a broad system. Many of them still want an outside read that is willing to say what to optimize next. Root Data is that read for systems we have connected. CareStack is not one of them yet.

Work the practice completed, and whether that pace is rising or slipping.
Collections
Money that actually came in, set next to production so a busy month cannot hide a cash problem.
New patients
How many new patients the practice is adding, and whether that flow is keeping the schedule healthy.
Hygiene
Recall and reappointment health, including hygiene that was diagnosed and never scheduled.
Case acceptance
Whether presented treatment is being accepted, or sitting in the chart.
Scheduling
Where the book is full, where it is thin, and which chairs are carrying the day.
Accounts receivable
Claims and patient balances that have not turned into collections.
Multi-location performance
The same measures across offices, so one location can be compared without a custom spreadsheet.
Root Data + CareStack Integration

CareStack is its own cloud platform, used by groups that want clinical, financial, and patient communication workflows together. It should not be confused with Curve Dental, Denticon, or Dentrix Ascend. Each of those has its own integration page because the practices and the products are different.
Root Data does not integrate with CareStack yet. The status is coming soon. A read-only connection is the standard we use elsewhere: the practice system stays in control of the book and the ledger. If your group runs CareStack, contact us and include how many locations you operate.
